Persy’s Place opened our doors in 1982. Since then it has been run and managed entirely by family members and employee partners.
Currently we have 3 generations of Hestons involved, 9 of us, and a major influence of a fourth…my mom, known by most of the grand kids as Grammy Bob. Her influence making breakfast the special meal of the day…and all the great ideas and recipes that resulted from that thinking are a big part of what happens at Persy’s every day.
Over the years with our “in house” baked bread and vast variety of quality ingredients from our breakfast menu…we created a special lunch menu we think you’ll love. We’ve been reviewed and recommended by the Boston Globe, the Providence Journal and Yankee Magazine.
